I have the following error on my site:
You have accepted cookies and third-party data loading to view the map.
Anyone have an idea to fix this problem?
Thank you6. May 2020 at 05:46 #67775
this is the background image of the map. Most time you can see it if you disabled loading of external data. But also other reasons are possible.
Post your shortcode and a link to the post which shows it.

I don’t know what my shortcode is.
The page that contains the OSM inserts is as follows: https://ignace72.eu/manifestations
Thank you for this quick response.6. May 2020 at 20:08 #67779shx68Guest
I have the same problem. My shortcode is
[osm_map_v3 map_center= "54.8865,23.9315" zoom="16" width="100%" height="450" post_markers="1"].6. May 2020 at 20:10 #67781
it’s dfficult to analyse the problem on this site. Create a new testpost and just add a map, then post the link to this testpost here.

I cannot add a card because I do not have access to the card (see the screenshot below)

Also found this this thread about incompatibility (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-compatible-with-plugin-autoptimize/).
– MiKa – did you manage to find any solution?7. May 2020 at 07:09 #67786shx68Guest
Looks like in my case it is conflict with “Autoptimize” plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/). If I enable this plugin map is not shown anymore and I get that error. Not sure how to handle this though with plugin turned on.7. May 2020 at 07:17 #67792
it looks like you have to exclude the JS in autoptmize plugin. The problem will be in future. If a plugin (eg OSM) brings new JS files you will not be informed about it, but it will just not work anymore unless you find, the the plugin includes new JS files …
So you could make it work now by just adding all JS files from osm plugin folder to the exclusion list – but I am “not sure” this is a good solution.

there is even not map in the back? Can you try to turn of all other plugins temporarily to see if there is a conflict with another plugin?

Good morning all
I don’t have the quoted pugin and I haven’t solved my problem.
I tried to deactivate all my plugins but that doesn’t change anything.
Thank you.7. May 2020 at 12:16 #67796MatzeGuest
you can see it on “https://www.praxis-messing.de/osm/”. Autoptimize or similar plugins are not installed.
[osm_map_v3 map_center= "51.8224,7.0508" zoom="17" width="95%" height="580" map_border="thin solid blue" post_markers="1" type="" control="scaleline,mouseposition" ]

auf Deiner Seite, die Du verlinkst, funktioniert das Plugin einwandfrei. Man sieht den Marker und wenn man draufklickt kommt der popup Text.
